Host an event
From a twelve-person birthday scramble to a full shotgun tournament, we block the tee sheet, handle carts and scoring, and feed everyone.
What we can run
Corporate scramble
Shotgun start for 40–144 players, cart for every pair, scoring, and prize setup.
Fundraiser
Hole sponsorships, contest holes, and a Snack Shack cookout at the turn.
Small group outing
12–24 players with consecutive tee times, reserved carts, and a group tab.
Good to know
- Book 4–6 weeks ahead for shotgun starts; summer weekends go early.
- A deposit holds the date; final headcount is due one week out.
- Weather policy and rain dates are set when you sign.
